Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website (tovanoworld.com, also reachable at tovanoworld.pages.dev), to inquiries sent through it and, in section 6a, to orders of our fixed-price studio packages. The website is operated by TOVANOWORLD (see the Legal notice for provider details). Commercial projects are carried out only on the basis of a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
2. Our services
TOVANOWORLD is an AI film studio. We create original films and trailers, concept keyframes, previsualisation and short-form edits, and operate Screenhouse, which produces short clips from material we own, have licensed, or may reuse under a stated open licence. Descriptions on this website are information, not a binding offer. No purchases or payments are made on this website.
3. AI-generated content
Much of our work is made with generative AI tools under human direction. We label AI-generated content. Characters, places and events in our films are fictional unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the films, trailers, images, texts and design on this website belong to TOVANOWORLD. You may watch and share links to them. Any other use, in particular reproduction, editing or commercial use, requires our prior written permission. Third-party material is used only under its licence and is credited.
5. Our platform integrations
Our studio software connects only the studio's own accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch and Whop), each through the platform's official sign-in or API key and with the owner's authorisation. Every upload is authorised by the studio owner for that specific video; TikTok uploads are drafts that the owner finishes in the TikTok app. Screenhouse also reads public YouTube data through the YouTube API Services; use of that data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Inquiries
Inquiries are non-binding for both sides. Do not send confidential material, passwords or payment details through the contact form. We may decline any request.
6a. Studio packages (Spotlight Ads, Brand Boost, Artist Visual Pack)
Contract. The descriptions on our Services page are an invitation to send an inquiry. A contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email stating the package, the price, the delivery time and what you need to supply, and you confirm it by email or by paying the invoice.
Prices and payment. Prices are final prices; as a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. Payment is by bank transfer against our invoice. Production starts when the payment has arrived; the delivery time runs from that day and from receipt of the material you need to supply.
Revisions. Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Further rounds or changes of scope are quoted separately before we carry them out.
Your material. You confirm that you own or may use the logos, images, music, footage and other material you send, and that their use for your project does not infringe the rights of others. We do not depict real people without their consent.
Use of the results. After full payment you receive a simple, non-exclusive right, unlimited in time and place, to use the delivered files for your own advertising and communication on any channel. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you object. AI-generated content is labelled as such where the law or the platform requires it.
Right of withdrawal for consumers. If you are a consumer (§ 13 BGB) and conclude the contract by email or other distance means, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons. To exercise it, tell us by a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected]. If you asked us to start the work before the withdrawal period ends, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done until you withdraw. The right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, if you expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal on full performance. Businesses have no right of withdrawal.
7. Rights holders and takedown requests
We take rights seriously. If you believe material on this website or in a Screenhouse clip infringes your rights, send a contact form message with the topic "Rights or takedown request", identifying the material and your rights. We review every request promptly and remove material where the claim is justified.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, for example by attempting to break its security, by automated mass requests, or by sending unlawful content through the contact form.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected. We do not guarantee that the website is always available or error-free.
10. External links
We are not responsible for the content of external websites that we link to.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer lives remain unaffected.
